Hannah offers a range of services including individual talk therapy, EMDR therapy, health coaching, Birkman Method Assessment consultations, and parent coaching.

Individual Therapy for Preteens, Teens, and Young Adults

I provide individual therapy for preteens, teens, and young adults navigating stress and anxiety, executive functioning issues, relationship challenges, body image concerns, life transitions, and the lasting effects of difficult experiences. My approach is warm, relational, and developmentally grounded. I help clients better understand themselves and make sense of their story, learn and implement new ways to take care of themselves, and move toward meaningful change so they can live a happier, healthier life.

I take a holistic approach to therapy, recognizing that emotional and physical well being are inextricably connected. I tailor my therapeutic approach based on each individual client’s needs. This typically involves reflection and processing to facilitate new insight as well as evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and EMDR to support both healing and practical growth.


EMDR Therapy

I offer EMDR therapy for clients who want support processing traumatic experiences, unresolved emotional distress, or patterns from the past that continue to affect the present. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy approach that helps the brain process and heal from distressing experiences that may feel “stuck.” Rather than needing to talk through every detail of a painful memory, EMDR uses structured techniques to help reduce the emotional intensity of those experiences and shift the beliefs or patterns connected to them. EMDR can be a helpful part of therapy for reducing the intensity of painful memories, increasing emotional resilience, and helping clients move forward with greater freedom and clarity.

Body Image and Eating Concerns

As a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, I work with clients struggling with body image concerns, chronic dieting, food guilt, disordered eating patterns, or a difficult relationship with food. My approach focuses on helping clients build a more peaceful, sustainable relationship with food and their bodies while also exploring the emotional, relational, and cultural factors that may be contributing to these struggles.


Health Coaching

As a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, I offer health coaching for individuals who want support making sustainable changes related to nutrition, sleep, stress management, and overall wellness. Health coaching can complement therapy or stand alone as a separate service, offering practical guidance and accountability for clients who want to build habits that support both physical and emotional well-being.


Birkman Method Assessments

I offer the Birkman Method as an additional service for adolescents, college students, and young adults who want deeper insight into their personality and interests, communication style, stress behaviors, and relational patterns. The Birkman can be a valuable tool for increasing self-understanding, supporting growth, and processing big decisions in relationships, school, work, and major life transitions.


Parent Coaching

When working with children and teens, I believe thoughtful parent involvement can be an important part of the therapeutic process. I collaborate with parents to provide support, insight, and practical guidance while also protecting the child or teen’s therapeutic space. My goal is to help families feel supported while keeping therapy a safe and productive place for growth.
